2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act.
3. The petitioner was in a relationship with the victim girl and thereafter they have eloped.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that he has no role in kidnapping the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75076 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 daughter of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge-POCSO, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S.
