The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.
Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, anticipatory bail prayer of petitioner is hereby dismissed. However, dismissal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in the
