2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26, 35, 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that eight live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner at the time of raid.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no independent witness of the seizure list rather they are police personnel. A

Similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 72573 of 2024. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-IV-cumACJM IV, Begusarai.
