The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.8.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467 and 468/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case is that during recruitment of Constable in CISF at Kahalgaon unit, someone else appeared in place of the petitioner, which got transpired from the bio metrics and geometric test of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has been registered on the basis of suspicious nature of accusation.

Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner.

Considering the suspicious nature of accusation,

No.62930 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and the period in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with NTPC P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019.
