Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No.206/19 , registered for offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during the investigation the police has not found the case true under Section Section 354B, 348 and other Section of the Indian Penal Code and further submission is that there is dispute between the parties and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

No.64709 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S.Case No.206 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
