The petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2017 in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 245 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 304, 201 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/40 of the Bihar Mines and Mineral Act, 1972.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died of electrocution caused on account of loose live wire in the field of the petitioner. The case has been found to be true under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Hence, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
