2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gopalganj vide order dated 29.08.2024 in A.B.P. No. 3106 of 2023, arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 573 of 2023.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that Divorce Petition bearing no. 1595 of 2021 is pending in the Court concerned. He further submits that this case may be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80490 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file petition for mediation/conciliation between the parties in the Court concerned.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the present case stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for.
