Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some communication gap, petitioner could not surrender before the court below for furnishing bail bond in pursuance of order granting anticipatory bail dated 02.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25051 of 2019. Accordingly, submission is that time for surrendering by the petitioner may be extended by further two weeks.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, let order dated 02.08.2019 be modified to the extent that petitioner may surrender before the court below within a period
