The petitioner seeks Anticipatory bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the S.I., who in his written complaint has stated that he received a confidential information that at the house of Abdul Sattar one white colour stolen Honda City is parked without registration number. After getting confidential information, informant and other police party reached there and found a Honda City Car standing and inquired from Md. Sattar who disclosed that about a week ago petitioner has parked the said vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55295 of 2018(2) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confession of co-accused Md. Sattar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
