Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

No doubt, 648 litres foreign liquor is said to have been recovered but the said recovery has been made from a wheat field and the name of petitioner came on the basis of confidential information. Moreover, the other accused having similar allegation has been granted privilege of bail.
