2. Petitioner has been denied arms license by the Collector vide order dated 13.10.2016 and the appellate order has been passed by the Commissioner affirming the order of the Collector on 05.08.2021. The license has not been granted to the petitioner because there is no threat perception.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed an FIR but the petitioner is unable to file any certified copy of the FIR which means that there is no FIR by the petitioner.

4. In these circumstances there is no illegality in the impugned order.
