The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by in husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle in dowry and disposed of the dead body. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that marriage of Rina Devi, daughter of the informant, was performed with Satyendra Paswan, son of Binda Paswan and due to the wed-lock there is two female issues and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67280 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 due to suffering from diarrohea, Rina Devi died and her dead body was disposed of, but, later on dispute arose regarding returning of the ornaments and only to put undue pressure the informant lodged the present case. More over, Satyendra Paswan, the husband of the deceased is in custody. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 146 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
