The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of commission of assault and theft is mainly against the male family member. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft against the petitioner and other members. The occurrence allegedly took place for dispute relating to Rasta. Petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42764 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 2 /2 days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran/successor Court in connection with Jogapatti (Sanichari) Police Station Case No. 225 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
