2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Vide order dated 23.03.2023, this matter was referred to the Mediation Center, Patna High Court for amicable settlement. The learned Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them has been attached with his report and kept at Flag 'A' to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71346 of 2022(6) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 this application.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submitted that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved.
5. As the dispute between the parties has already been resolved as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the learned Mediator's report, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.19 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
