Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are relations of the husband of the victim of dowry death.

Submission is that the husband is already in custody and the allegation is general and omnibus. However, there is no material to suggest that the petitioners are indulged in tampering with the witnesses. Investigation of the case has already been completed. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65116 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51344 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 118 of 2019 arising out of Bangaon Police Station Case No. 05 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
