The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity on account of land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties.

No.71777 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
