2. The present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation to the Respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible
