The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 121(A), 452, 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act and 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is of committing murder of the son of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 27.5.2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. Other co-accused have been granted bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42308 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 vide Cr.Misc.No.25163 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.35596 of 2017. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charka Patthar) P.S. case No.146 of 2016.
