The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

Allegedly, the petitioner along with one co-accused person came to the informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his family members due to which informant and his family members got badly injured. It is further alleged that they also took away Rs. 10,000/- and a gold chain. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to grudge and village politics. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76792 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 has ever taken place. The allegation leveled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. As per injury report annexed as Annexure- 3 of the bail application, injury was found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and there was case and counter case between them. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, admitted land dispute between the parties and nature of injury, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.141 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 1313 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
