2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"i. For commanding the authorities to remove the raiyati land of the petitioners from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15487 of 2023(6) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 list under the heading of "transfer prohibited" shown on the portal of the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, entry made on the basis of the telephonic instructions of the learned Collector, without assigning any reason for the same.

ii. Also for commanding the respondent Circle Officer to accept the rent from the petitioner and in lieu thereof rent receipt may be directed to be issued.

iii. Also for any other appropriate relief(s) to which the petitioners are found entitled either in the eye of law or in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that they shall be exploring the legal remedy available under the law of the land including knocking the doors of the competent Civil Court.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to it.

5. In that background, granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Any suit filed by the petitioners, under no
