This application has been filed for directing the respondents to provide adequate protection to the petitioner so that he may carry out the agricultural operation over agricultural farm house. It is further prayed that the respondents be directed to take further steps so that the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the farm house is not disturbed.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1439 of 2019(3) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 no. 9 submits that though he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 9 but the client has taken away the file and therefore he has no instruction to appear in this case. If the respondent no. 9 and others who have no interest in the land purchased by the petitioner then the petitioner is entitled to all protection in the hands of the State authorities. The petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha for protection and the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha shall be obliged to give all protection to the petitioner as the petitioner is a lawful purchaser of the land and the respondent no. 9 has not filed any counter affidavit in this case and has not denied the case of the petitioner.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha to provide all protection to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
