2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with his family members returned to his house, he saw that the petitioner along with co-accused persons was constructing wall on his land. When he protested, the petitioner abused him by calling his caste name and assaulted him with Garasa on his head. Co-accused Binod Ram assaulted him with iron rod on his back and coaccused Jitendra Ram and Dharmendra Rai tied his neck with

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
