Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. This is not a case of kidnapping or abduction. The victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2) has not stated anything against these petitioners and she has further stated that she was not kidnapped by anyone. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57663 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
