2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.280/2023, lodged on 16.08.2023 under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. From the content of the FIR, it appears that for the occurrence of 01.06.2023, the FIR has been lodged on 16.08.2023, i.e. the date of recovery of the victim along with the petitioner. The petitioner is innocent and has committed no offenc. The victim left the house with the petitioner with her own sweet will. The

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 6th -cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar, in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.280/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C.
