In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for modification of the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20528 of 2017 as she could not surrender within the time prescribed.

Let the period of surrender be treated to be ten weeks in placed of four weeks.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20528 of 2017 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
