Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barabar Paryatak @ Barabar Paryatan (Vishunganj) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71658 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the web copy of the aforesaid order. Let

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
