2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 instituted under Sections 341, 342, 386 and 364-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim for ransom.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect to the petitioner with the crime.

5. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75872 of 2024(4) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 being prejudiced by the present order.

8. If the petitioner does not surrender within the stipulated period, the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
