JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ directing the respondent to Reconstruct the Samudayik Bhawan and Chhatdar Chabutra which was constructed at ward no. 15, VillageLegma, several years back and in which Anganwadi center was running and several children were studying, however, the same has been demolished by the local miscreants by bulldozer, with the help of respondents no. 5 to 8 on 11/08/2024, without any

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Jamui, for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Jamui, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
