The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. For trivial dispute relating to uprooting the plant of the informant, the petitioners allegedly entered into the house of the informant, committed assault and theft as well as attempted to outrage her modesty.

Considering the trivial nature of dispute, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
