The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairgania P. S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation and the petitioner is an accused in at least 12 more cases, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
