2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 498(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of assaulting his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The matter was sent for mediation, the mediation

7. In view of the law laid down in the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 , this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali, Hajipur/concerned court below in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No.96 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner will pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to opposite party no.2, every month beginning from June, 2025. The amount shall be transferred in the account of the opposite party no.2.
