The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners also involved in kidnapping of the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father and mother of Abdul Rahman. The statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she does not implicate these two petitioners in any manner.
