After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 27.02.2016 passed in Appeal No. 11 of 2016 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
