The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.234 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have fired upon the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2023. He further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.234 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Udakisunganj, Madhepura.
