Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53463 of 2021.

Trial Court report reveals that out of 7 witnesses 2 witnesses have been examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Bucchi Yadav, Arun Yadav, Pappu Yadav and Malik Yadav have already been granted regular bail vide orders dated 16.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30067 of 2017, 02.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29338 of 2016, 08.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13718 of 2019 and 21.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12061 of 2018

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71273 of 2022(4) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018. Considering the period of custody, progress of the trial and bail granted to similarly situated co-accused persons, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khagaria in Mansi P. S. Case No. 198 of 2015.
