JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-11-2017 The matter has been placed on the mentioning slip of the petitioner submitting that inadvertently it has been recorded in paragraph 3 of order no.2 dated 19.09.2017 that "the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case", whereas the petitioner is accused in two other cases before lodging of the instant case, detailed in paragraph 3 of the bail petition.

In view of the above, the aforesaid submission recorded in paragraph 3 of order no.2 dated 19.09.2017 as well as clause (ii) of conditions imposed on the petitioner under this order, are ignored.
