JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66, 72 of I.T. Act. The name and mobile number of the petitioner was found in mobile seized from possession of co-accused, Adarsh Anand and the aforesaid co-accused, Adarsh Anand disclosed that answers of the questions were provided by the petitioner and other co-accused, namely, Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Sir @ Vikash Kumar Poddar.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59084 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 accused, Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Sir @ Vikash Kumar Poddar has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 18.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55448 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
