====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satya Nand Shukla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 179 of 2017, G.R. No. 757 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 406/420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the F.I.R. it appears that in a case of only non -payment of loan amount falsely F.I.R. has been lodged. According to learned counsel for the petitioner F.I.R. itself is liable to be quashed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60102 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to pass favourable order.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
