This application is filed for Modification of order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54515 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54515 of 2017 the petitioner was directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within the period of four weeks on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the trial Court within the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59192 of 2018(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner, as per order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54515 of 2017, is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54515 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
