2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kabaiya P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable u/s 76 of the BNS Act and Section 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge VIcum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Lakhisarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75400 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
