JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(b) of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of the POCSO Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Gogri (Paura O.P.) P.S.Case No.148 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Khagaria.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within three weeks.
