2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant has gone to shop for bringing some articles. When she did not return for considerable time, the informant started searching her. In course of searching, she came to know that Anita Kumari, Radha Kumari Ranjan Sha and Arun Sha have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Further submission is that during the course of investigation, the victim has given her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that Ranjan is her friend and she has gone to Patna with him on her own will. She lived there with Ranjan. The family members were having doubt over him, i.e. why filed the case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 05.03.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - 6th cum Special Judge (POCSO) Hajipur, Vaishali.
