2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 359 of 2024, lodged on 23.06.2024, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against seven named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that they have attacked the informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda and iron rod due to which they sustained several injuries.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and

Counsel further submits that from the contents of the FIR, it become crystal clear that for the land dispute Panchayati was held. Counsel further submits that for the same date and place of occurrence there is a case and counter case. One case was lodged by the informant as Siwan Muffasi P.S. Case No. 359 of 2024 where as the another case was lodged by the petitioner as Siwan Muffasi P.S. Case No. 358 of 2024. Counsel also submits that he is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that in the FIR there is an allegation against the petitioner to assault, but it is also true that there is a case and counter case between the parties and land dispute is figured on the basis of the pleadings made in the fardebyan.
6. As such, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
