2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S.Case No. 366 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is said to be the main assailant of the crime. The injury report supports the allegation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is said to have shot fired, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present, accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. The Trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same and if his trial is not concluded, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
