2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that he has already filed a detailed representation before the President of the Bihar State Religious Trust Board for registration of the trust.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the claim of the petitioner as prayed for
Patna High Court CWJC No.16218 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 in the present writ petition may be considered in accordance with law by the Board expeditiously well within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
