2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable u/s 307 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-IVth, Patna City, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75942 of 2024(8) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. The learned court below may also examine the factum of identification of the present petitioner as raised on behalf of the petitioner.
