The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Pakaribarwan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 353, 153(A), 295, 295(A) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution story he submits that on account of immersion of idol people belonging to two community raised slogan against each other which caused public annoyance.

Considering the fact that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62582 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarwan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
