JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled against these petitioners are general and omnibus. Specific allegations have been alleged against other co-accused persons. Similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43805 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.46163 of 2017(3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S.
