2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, a sale deed was executed by impersonating the informant.
4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N.K. Agarwal has submitted that the petitioner is not a party to the transaction. He is neither a vendor nor a vendee. His status is that of merely an identifier and he has no concern with the alleged transaction. He is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
7. After accepting the bail bond, the learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be cancelled.
