Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner has already culminated in passing of an order of punishment.

It is stated that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of punishment on 13th February, 2023 which is pending with respondent no. 2.

This writ application is, thus, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to consider the appeal of the
